3 Results and analysis 3.1 Effect of AMF on the physicochemical properties of plant inter-root soil under reduced fertilization As shown in Table 1 , in uninoculated (NAM), soil pH and effective phosphorus increased and then decreased with the reduction of fertilizer application, and soil organic matter, hydrolyzable nitrogen, and quick-acting potassium showed a decreasing trend with the reduction of fertilizer application, compared with the conventional fertilization (CK).
