Biochemical indices demonstrated significant trends across quartiles: triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), serum albumin (Alb), and urinary creatinine (UCR) increased progressively with higher ALI quartiles, while high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels exhibited a decreasing trend (Table 1 ).
