The extracted μ e values at each T exhibited a decreasing trend as the T approached 200 K, implying that electron transport in MoS 2 nanosheets follows an Arrhenius relationship, μ = μ 0 . exp(− E a / k B T ), where μ is the carrier mobility, μ 0 is the pre‐exponential mobility, E a is the activation energy for charge transport, and k B is the Boltzmann constant (8.617 × 10 −5 eV K −1 ).
