Patients over 69 years were less likely to undergo decompression (OR 0.8, 95% CI [0.7-0.85], P < 0.001) and LFS (OR 0.6, 95% CI [0.5-0.6], P < 0.001), while patients under 50 years showed a nonsignificant trend toward decreased decompression risk (OR 0.9, 95% CI [0.7-1.02], P = 0.09) and increase LFS risk (OR 1.1, 95% CI [0.9-1.3], P = 0.5) ( Table 4 ).
