3 , 4 Compared to non‐infiltrated lesions, complete resolution after TAC injection has been found to be significantly higher for abscesses, with near significance observed for draining tunnels. 5 A variety of injection techniques have been reported in the literature; however there is no current consensus on the most effective technique for treating HS lesions with regards to dosing or location of injection relative to the lesion.
