After full adjustment, the TyG index lost significance (continuous variable: OR = 1.24, P = 0.149; only Q3 group was borderline significant OR = 2.18, P = 0.018), and the ZJU index showed no statistical significance in all fully adjusted models (continuous variable: P = 0.291; highest group OR = 1.70, P = 0.112).
