For high risk patients, ACT during weeks 1–6 and 9–10 was significantly associated with decreased hazard of death, with weeks 7–8 being borderline significant: (1–6 weeks: HR 0.77, 95% CI: 0.61–0.98; 7–8 weeks: HR 0.82, 95% CI: 0.65–1.03; 9–10 weeks: HR 0.65, 95% CI: 0.46–0.92).
