However, above the threshold of 4.88, PLR exhibited a nonsignificant trend toward increased risk, with each 10% increase in raw PLR (equivalent to 0.095-unit rise in Ln-PLR) corresponding to a 53% elevation in the risk of depression (OR = 1.5278, 95% CI = 0.8691–2.6859, p = 0.1409).
