The annual distribution of occupational categories among hospital staff shows that nurses account for the highest proportion (28.9%–30.1%), followed by dentists (27.2%–28.9%) (Table S1).Statistical analyses of 170 OSI were conducted quarterly for each year, and except for a decreasing trend in the number of occurrences in 2022, the results of the rest of the years showed year-round fluctuations, with the incidence peaks were all concentrated in the third quarter (July to September) (Fig. 1 ).
