Considering the positive correlation between ZC3HC1 and DLX4 mRNA expression at both transcriptomic and proteomic levels was highly significant ( R = 0.365, P < 0.001; R = 0.206, P = 0.044) (Fig. 8 F), it suggested that DLX4 could regulate ZC3HC1 gene expression transcriptionally.
