The fluctated enzymatic activities revealed, the pathways including ferroptosis, pyrimidine metabolism, protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum have been significantly enriched, and the key metabolity, L-malic acid showed a highly significant positive correlation with the pathway of pyruvate cycle and citric acid cycle.
