ELBW was positively associated with SGA (OR = 2.3; p = 0.0004) and FGR/IUGR (OR = 13.0; p < 0.0001), whereas ELGA was negatively associated with SGA (OR = 0.22; p < 0.0001) and showed a nonsignificant trend toward lower incidence of FGR/IUGR.
