Extensive dissections conducted in the present study reveal a striking degree of interspecific similarity in aedeagal morphology ( Figure 4 D, Figure 6 D, Figure 8 D, Figure 11 G, Figure 13 D, Figure 16 H–Q, Figure 19 G–M, Figure 23 D,I and Figure 24 H), indicating a notable trend of convergence across species.
