Although we found a trend toward significance in the ETN serum concentrations at the moment of a flare compared to the serum concentrations 3 months prior to a flare, this difference was very small with a median (IQR) of 0.05 (0.05–1.29) vs. 0.94 (0.22–2.99) mg/L ( p = 0.05, Figure 2 B,D).
