Finally, the magnitude of decreased OS and PFS reported in both studies was highly significant, with a decrease of more than 50% in the median OS and PFS associated with acetaminophen, 2 and increased risks of these events by 33% to 66% (HRs of 0.34–0.67) ( table 1 ).
