CYP2C9 expression showed a decreasing trend in both RASA and PR treatment groups individually (RASA; 0.54 ± 0.14, PR; 0.53 ± 0.12, CON; 1.07 ± 0.24); however, when both compounds were administered simultaneously, no significant impact on expression was observed compared to individual administration (PR + RASA; 0.48 ± 0.07).
