Although tail positions in the two planes were statistically non-different, the p-value for the sagittal plane ( p = 0.074) was marginally non-significant, giving some indication that the tail is held at a higher angle above the abdominal plane in the skydiving posture (23.8 ± 13.9°) than in the swept posture (10.2 ± 22.5°).
