However, these observations are nonetheless an encouraging trend for patients followed in the STAR Program and lend support to the notion that pediatric cancer survivors may substantially benefit from longitudinal follow-up in a survivorship clinic to facilitate early detection of CTRCD and initiation of appropriate medical therapy.
