Efficacy of H3K18la, H3K18ac, and H3K18la/ac Levels in Evaluating the Severity of Infectious Critical Illness H3K18la and H3K18la/ac levels showed a decreasing trend while H3K18ac levels showed an increasing trend among the septic shock, sepsis, and healthy control groups, suggesting that these three modifications may be used as indicators to assess disease severity.
