Furthermore, the 19 F T 1 of Phe20 showed a small, but marginally significant, increase from 0.68 ± 0.02 to 0.73 ± 0.02 s, indicating its slight rigidification at nanosecond timescale upon the mutation (Supplementary Fig. 6 , see also Supplementary Note in Supplementary Information).
