Specifically, as the disease severity increased, patients showed an upward trend in ferritin levels, systemic inflammation levels (WBC, NEUT%), and liver function markers (ALT, AST, ALP, TBIL), as well as the ALBI and APRI scores, while iron levels and ALB exhibited a decreasing trend (Table 2 and Figure 3i ).
