L.L significantly promoted the expression of CD40, CD80 and MHC-I on the surface of DC in a concentration-dependent manner after 12 h and 24 h of treatment; the expression of surface molecules was still significantly increased in a concentration-dependent manner under the infection concentrations of 10:1 and 100:1 at 48 h of treatment, but the levels of three molecules on the surface showed a decreasing trend were not statistically significant under the infection multiplicity of 1000:1 ( Figure 2(A) ).
