Measurements of Soluble CTLA-4 (sCTLA-4) Serum concentrations of sCTLA-4 demonstrated a progressive and highly significant elevation from the control group (0.93 ± 0.011 ng/mL) to the HCV group (2.12 ± 0.07 ng/mL), reaching the highest levels in the HCV-HCC group (3.75 ± 0.14 ng/mL; p < 0.001).
