In comparison to the upper middle and middle classes, the older adults belonging to the lower middle and lower classes of Udai Pareekh scale had 1.70 times higher odds of using public healthcare facilities (AOR: 1.70; 95% CI: 1.00–2.61.00.61; p = 0.05), with the association becoming marginally significant.
