6 a-d, CsSUS1 and CsSUS5 had a relatively high expression level in stem, and CsSUS1 was almost not expressed in old leaves; the expression level of CsSUS3 in leaves showed an increasing trend with the growth of leaves, and its expression in stem was similar with that in mature leaves; CsSUS6 expression level in old leaves was the highest, and there was no significant difference in other detected tissues.
