The median OS was associated with a borderline significant improvement in the oxaliplatin group (29.9 months, 95% CI 25.68–34.13) than in the irinotecan group (23.0 months, 95% CI 17.83–28.17; HR = 0.75, 95% CI 0.57–0.99; p = 0.043) ( Figure 2A ).
