Trends were categorised as follows: an increasing trend was defined when both the AAPC estimate and the lower 95% CI were >0, indicating a consistent upward trajectory; a decreasing trend was identified when both the AAPC estimate and the upper 95% CI were <0, signifying a consistent downward trajectory; and stability was inferred when the 95% CI of the AAPC crossed 0, suggesting no significant directional change.
