The presence of IRF led to higher CoR in both the MP-3 (±7.01 dB) and MAIA (±8.16 dB) compared with macular areas without the biomarker (CoR ±6.31 dB (MP-3), ±5.23 dB (MAIA)) and was statistically highly significant in both devices (both P < 0.0001).
