Specific organ system events also trended upward, including all-grade pneumonia (significantly higher), grade ≥ 3 neutropenia (borderline significant), all-grade thrombocytopenia and anemia (both non-significant overall, but all-grade anemia became significant after CHECKMATE-602 removal), and grade ≥ 3 rash (significantly higher); in contrast, diarrhea rates were unaffected.
