Highly significant correlations were observed among the different glutathione markers in blood, particularly reduced glutathione (GSH), oxidized glutathione (GSSG), and total glutathione (tGSH), as well as between their levels in plasma and follicular fluid, suggesting a strong interdependence between systemic and local redox systems.
