As shown in Table 9 , at the primary endpoint of Week 8, the mindfulness intervention produced large and highly significant effects, with the Mindfulness group showing a decrease of 11.84 points in academic burnout compared to 2.23 points in the control group, a decrease of 16.49 points in academic stress compared to 1.09 points in controls, and an increase of 19.89 points in psychological resilience compared to 0.17 points in controls.
