11 Another study demonstrated marginal significance; however, it was a secondary analysis that evaluated FR response over a short observation period of only 1 day, which may have been insufficient to determine treatment efficacy accurately. 14 Given the high prevalence of SIAD in hospitalized patients and the lack of robust, high-quality data to guide response to FR in real-world clinical settings, we conducted a prospective cohort study to address these gaps.
