These variables were entered into the multivariate logistic regression model, which showed that individuals aged 70 years or older had a significantly higher likelihood of being within the molecular transmission network compared to those aged under 25 years (OR = 2.17, 95% CI:1.02-4.62), with a positive trend observed across increasing age groups (trend χ2=9.695, p=0.002).
