Across DUD subtypes, the prevalence of opioid use disorder was highest at 1 241.8/100 000 population (95% UI: 1 083.2 to 1 426.2) and this disorder had the largest increase (AAPC: 5.57%, 95% CI: 5.46% to 5.66%, P ≤ 0.001), while cannabis use was the only disorder with a decreasing trend (AAPC: −0.31%, 95% CI: −0.33% to −0.28%, P ≤ 0.001).
