As the concentrations of the various folic acid derivatives increase, a decreasing trend in the intrinsic fluorescence intensity of trypsin is observed, indicating that the four folic acid derivatives are capable of binding to trypsin, leading to a gradual quenching of trypsin’s intrinsic fluorescence.
