Using the mean of the last three mornings in week 2 as the post-intervention BP endpoint (baseline = mean of three mornings pre-randomization), participants in the digital detox + alternative activities group showed a highly significant reduction in SBP to 115.6 mmHg (SD = 8.9) and in DBP to 73.9 mmHg (SD = 6.3) post-intervention, compared to the screen-time reduction-only group (SBP: 119.2 mmHg, SD = 9.4; DBP: 75.8 mmHg, SD = 7.1).
