[ 15 ] Despite the lack of a strong linear relationship in the PCA, we found an almost significant negative correlation (Figure 4d ) between circularity and confinement area (see the Experimental Section and Figure 5 a for definition), indicating there is a trend that as plaques densify, both penetration and movement within them become increasingly restricted.
