In contrast, the risk estimate for NO 2 has not exhibited an increasing trend, with estimates not changing between recent comparable systematic reviews and meta-analyses conducted in 2013 ( Hoek et al., 2013 ) and 2024 ( Kasdagli et al., 2024 ) (RR = 1.05 and 1.045 per 10 μg/m 3 , respectively), and a notably smaller RR in a 2020 review (RR = 1.02 per 10 μg/m 3 ) ( Huangfu and Atkinson, 2020 ).
