Statistical analysis revealed that from Q1 of 2004 to Q1 of 2025, hematological AEs accounted for 3.73% of all ICI reports, this proportion is slightly higher than the results of previous studies: multiple large-scale retrospective studies have shown that hem-irAEs constitute 0.6%-3.6% of all irAEs [ 15 ], Notably, the proportion demonstrated an increasing trend during 2011 to 2024 (Fig. 3 ).This trend may be attributed to two factors.
