A borderline significant association was found with those who have shorter incarcerated period and clustering (21 vs. 14 days; OR = 1.01 [95% CI: 1–1.01], P = 0.05; Table 3 ) while receiving income assistance (e.g., disability check, military, TANF, AFDC) (29% vs. 16%; OR = 0.477 [95% CI: 0.29–0.80], P = 0.005; Table 3 ) decreased the odds of being in a cluster.
