As observed in Figure 1c1,2 , within the frequency range of 12.4‐14.5 GHz, both the ε ' and ε ” of La 2 Zr 2 O 7 exhibit a decreasing trend with frequency from 200 to 800 °C, which indicates the presence of a dielectric relaxation mechanism in La 2 Zr 2 O 7 that is driven by thermionic relaxation polarization with short‐range oxide‐ion transport.
