We also observed a progressive increase in CK2β, PA28γ-pT23, and Cyclin A2 levels from normal and premalignant tissues to primary tumors, and further to metastatic lymph nodes, whereas E4F1 expression showed a decreasing trend across these stages (Fig. 8e and Supplementary Data 13 , 14 ).
