A six-domain structure was then identified by an analysis and a study to refine the questionnaire found high test-retest reliability ( r = .79–.86), internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.82 or higher) and construct validity (highly significant difference scores between the FSAD and control groups).
