Interestingly, the relative recruitment threshold was found unchanged for MUs that were longitudinally tracked (Valli, Sarto, et al., 2024 ), potentially indicating that when the same MUs are investigated before and after the muscle unloading intervention, alterations in the relative recruitment threshold may not be significant.
