Introduction One of the most common chronic heart diseases is Heart Failure (HF), which has been recognized as an important disease worldwide in the last 20 years.[ 1 ] It has affected more than 64 million people worldwide, and its prevalence shows an increasing trend.[ 2 ] HF is expected to affect more than 8 million people in the USA by 2030, which indicates a 46% increase in its prevalence.
