However, utilization of the Y-maze test in Scn2a knock-in mice showed that despite young Scn2a mutants displayed only a borderline significant decrease in the percentage of spontaneous alterations compared to wild-type mice in the test, no significant difference was found in adult Scn2a knock-in mice ( Lena and Mantegazza, 2019 ).
