Univariate Cox’s regression resulted in a detrimental effect of eBEVmod with borderline significance (HR 2.92, 95% CI 0.96-8.84, P = 0.0587), while significance was maintained in the more relevant multivariate analysis, demonstrating eBEVmod as the sole negative independent prognostic factor of survival in our study population (HR 2.82, 95% CI 1.05-7.53, P = 0.0389; Supplementary Table S3 , available at https://doi.org/10.1016/j.esmogo.2025.100186 ).
