Based on previous studies regarding the species, we hypothesized that (i) RNP occupancy and abundance would be positively associated with urbanization intensity and greater availability of nesting and foraging sites, and (ii) the population would show an increasing trend between survey years, reflecting the species’ ongoing spread and expansion.
