The model, which included gender, age, years since PD diagnosis, self-reported global activity level, number of falls, anxiety (HADS_A), depression (HADS_D), balance (BBS), and lower limb function (FTSTS), was highly significant and explained a substantial 78.5% of the variance in HRQoL scores (R 2 = 0.785).
