In our E-Liac-only cohort, freedom from branch instability at four years was comparable between main-trunk and posterior-branch groups, with a nonsignificant trend towards fewer occlusions in posterior landings; these data, however, should be interpreted cautiously because a limited subset of patients had posterior landing in our cohort, making the estimates unstable.
